Hello!

Myself Anuj Srivastava, a graduate student (PhD BioInformatics) in the Institute of BioInformatics. I am working under the guidance of Prof. Russell Malmberg. My Broad research interests include evolutionary analysis of ncRNA secondary structures and computational prediction of splicing isoforms in the plant genomes. Besides this, I also work on ncRNA secondary structure prediction and assembly of genomes. I am part of RNA Informatics group at UGA.
